Account Credit and Payment FAQs
Account Credit is a service that we offer all of our customers who wish to pay by BACS transfer instead of debit/credit card. We will credit your account upon receiving the transfer so that you can place an order using that credit.
Please note that BACS payments will show in your account the next working day, and the quote price is only valid for hours after saving the BoM in step 3, so we recommend that you save the BoM just before doing the transfer.
When paying by Account Credit, you will need to have sufficient credit to cover the full amount of the order, as combined payment (Account Credit & Debit/Credit Card) is not currently available.
If you wish to take advantage of the Account Credit option, please do a BACS transfer for the full amount of your order to:

In order to get a quote with our bank details on it, on headed paper, you will have to complete steps 1 to 6 in the quoting process (the steps in the timeline will be dark blue instead of grey). Then, go to step 7 and click on 'Print Quote'. The button is only enabled if all the steps are completed, and the BoM must have been saved within the last hours, so we recommend that you save the BoM just before generating the quote. The quote price is only guaranteed for hours after saving the BoM in step 3.
If you are having trouble printing the quote, try to: Disable the browser plugins / Open the browser in incognito mode / Try a different browser.
